3 surprising methods for group formation
Group formation in seminars is difficult. It also slows down the work dynamic. Simple methods that make it easy for participants to accept the division are needed. With our 3 surprising methods, you can form your groups quickly.
Dots or symbols under the chair.
Stick colored dots or symbols under the seats before the seminar. Same colors or same symbols mean "same group".
Count off in order
Have the participants count off one by one. For 4 groups, the participants count from 1 to 4. This method mixes up the groups thoroughly. People who know each other well often sit next to each other.
Colored candies
Hand out different colored sweets to the participants as they enter the room. The color of the sweets determines which group they belong to. Instead of sweets, you can also hand out colored markers, for example.
