Amelie Funcke was on the theater scene for a long time, realized stage projects, developed theater pedagogical training courses and had a teaching position for theater for four years. She performed as a clown for many years. Today, she supports corporate processes as a moderator, mediator, consultant and trainer. She designs creative and lively training courses and workshops.
She has made a name for herself on the scene as the author of practice-oriented specialist books on lively training, event and workshop design. For example, she wrote the know-how guide "Training with Theater" (with M. Havermann-Feye), the method collections "Vorstellbar" and "Moderations-Tools" (with Eva Havenith) as well as the practical guide "Fragen-Kollektion für Moderation und Training" (with Axel Rachow).
Gabriele Braemer
Gabriele Braemer comes from the tourism industry. "For me, traveling is the best change coaching. You learn to improvise, to adapt flexibly to unfamiliar situations and to be patient, to endure uncertainty and to engage with very different cultures." As a consultant, facilitator and specialist in intercultural team development, she has been helping companies around the world for over 20 years to work together in the best possible way, despite their differences.
She also passes on her many years of consulting and training experience at home and abroad as well as her penchant for creative, humorous and practical approaches to seemingly hopeless situations as a teaching trainer. She is also a master trainer for the persolog® personality model (according to John Geier) and a book author. Together with other trainers and consultants, she published the book "Die Nachwuchs-Führungskraft - Ihre Probleme, ihre Lösungen".
