However, there are two newcomers in the following places: the article on the communication guides' learning map for the World Café came fourth. In fifth place is the video on how quickly and easily you can refill the ink in Neuland pens.
Annual hit parade 2020: "The flying egg" is the most-read blog article of 2020.
We have been writing about moderation, team building and lively learning on the Neuland blog for more than three years. Just like a year ago, the article "The flying egg" was the most-read blog article in 2020. The game comes from the book "Spielbar" by Axel Rachow. The other two podium places also remained unchanged compared to 2019. However, there were two newcomers in fourth and fifth place.
1st place: "The Flying Egg" from the book "Spielbar" by Axel Rachow
As in the previous year, the most popular article in the Neuland blog was "The Flying Egg". The team-building game from the book "Spielbar" by Axel Rachow was accessed 2,691 times between January and December 2020. More than 20,000 people have read the article since it was published on April 30, 2017! In the "Flying Egg", participants experience the practical success factors of goal-oriented teamwork first-hand. The task is to build a flying device with which the group can safely transport an egg from the top floor to the ground.
2nd place: "Tower of Babel" for team training
"Tower of Babel". Similar to the flying egg, this tool is also about how teams can work together better and more efficiently: In the "Tower of Power", a group has to build a tower together. A supposedly simple task, but one that quickly proves to be extremely tricky. It can only be solved with a lot of patience, skill and good teamwork. Third place goes to the article "Clarity about the self-image". In this article, Conny Schwegler introduces the awareness wheel. The feedback model enables readers to gain clarity about their self-image. A very exciting and detailed article, which was ranked third by the readers of the Neuland blog, just like the year before.
4th place: World Café. Learning map of the communication guides
New in fourth place is the article "World Café - an inspiring method for seminars and workshops" with 535 views. The article is a detailed guide on how to plan and conduct a World Café in your seminars and workshops. The text comes from the Learning Map No. 2 of the Kommunikationslotsen. Only 10 calls behind is the article "Refilling ink with Neuland markers". In this video tutorial, Lara Wetter shows how quickly and easily you can refill the ink in Neuland markers and thus help to reduce waste. The video has now achieved over 12,000 views on YouTube. Wow!
