Represent, examine and improve drawing processes together

Visual Process Mapping is the approach for bringing strategic changes, workflows and entire organizational processes to life, making them understandable and designable. Processes become visible with a pen, complexity becomes manageable and teams develop a clear picture together - from the big picture to the details. This creates identification, understanding and momentum for change projects.
