bikablo® Visual Solution Scouting

New visualization tools to make a difference in the consultation. Your introduction to the methods of "UZMO 2 - Solving problems with the pen".

Two minds, one pen, one solution: Whether as a manager, coach or consultant; whether in sales, strategy meetings or customer discussions - dialogue plus visualization paves the way to surprising solutions. Just a moment! Having a consultation and drawing during it? How is that supposed to work?

In his new book "UZMO 2 - Solving problems with the pen", visualization pioneer Martin Haussmann brings thinking, drawing and consulting together. To do this, he has reduced the bikablo visualization technique, which has been tried and tested thousands of times, to the maximum, combined it with systemic interventions and thus made it suitable for all possible ways of finding solutions.

"Visual Solution Scouting " means: with the simplest thought sketches, diagrams, templates and picture stories, you structure ideas, put data into a new context, offer fresh perspectives and give goals a shape. This will make thinking together with a pen your new key qualification for process and specialist consulting - live, in real time, as a constant companion on your joint exploration.

This workshop offers you exclusive first insights into new visual dialog methods that turn working on a problem into an inspiring learning journey. It is deliberately not about "beautiful flipcharts", but about visualizing in an open-ended process.

As always with bikablo, no previous knowledge of graphics is required.

We promise you this

  • With new visual techniques and methods, it will be easier for you to work effectively with the pen in dialog and make a difference for your conversation partners after the training.

What you can look forward to

  • You will learn a basic visualization language that is simple enough to work during a conversation and fill it with the visual vocabulary you need for your work.
  • You will work in a small, professionally diverse learning group and benefit from the consulting expertise of your fellow learners.
  • You will experience procedures with which you can "frame" a conversation even with the simplest graphic means.
  • You will receive a free starter set with four visualization markers and a sketchbook.
  • You will receive a digital photo documentation with all the trainer's input and the results of the learning group.
  • You will receive an invitation to the UZMO community with a user forum and a knowledge database of literature, links, tools and software.

Content

  • You will reflect on your own counselling role and the possibilities of dialogue visualization in it.
  • You will learn an elementary visualization technique and collect simple image ideas for your own practice.
  • In entertaining exercises, you will learn how to quickly translate spoken content into a graphic model.
  • From the book "UZMO - Solving Problems with the Pen", you will learn a method that you can use to pick up and transform (almost) any topic from your client.
  • Together with the learning group, you will reflect on how you can put your newly acquired skills into practice.

Target group

  • Anyone who wants to make a difference when consulting with clients - whether process consulting (coaching, facilitation, OE, supervision ...) or specialist consulting (sales, lean, agile, strategy, social, health ...). Newcomers are just as welcome as experienced visualizers.
  • You work on different formats during the training. If you like to visualize on your iPad/pen tablet, just bring it with you.
