Jürg Reichen: Outliners are ideal for permanent outlines that need to dry quickly and must not smudge when they come into contact with another color.
NB: Why are outliners orange?
JR: The cover shows at a glance that Neuland's outliners contain permanent ink that does not smudge. Unlike many permanent markers, however, the ink in the outliner is water-based, odourless and does not bleed through!
NB: How can you prevent the tips of outliners from drying out?
JR: Put the lid on the marker as soon as you have finished drawing or writing.
NB: How can you prevent the needle from clogging when refilling?
JR: Rinse the needle with water after refilling. My personal tip: Fill up an empty refill bottle with water and put the needle in the bottle to clean it.
