They are the special markers for bold, rich black outlines: Neuland outliners are filled with odourless, water-based permanent ink and are perfect for visualizing and writing on paper. Thanks to the special formula, you can even color over them with light colors after just a few seconds without smudging the lines. The ink does not bleed through the paper.

The Neuland No.One® Art Outliner combines the proven properties of the Neuland No.One® with a dynamic brush tip to create a line full of character that can be varied by changing the pressure and angle. This tip is a little more demanding, but with a little practice, you too can bring new momentum to your lettering after just a short time!

Like all Neuland markers, this one can be refilled in no time at all. For the outliners, use our RefillOne outliner ink with the color code 010.

With a 45 ml refill bottle, you can refill your Neuland No.One® up to 22 times.

Important: When refilling the outliner, please make sure to rinse the pipette carefully with clear water after each use. The bellows and needle should then be free of ink residue.
