The Neuland BigOne® Art Outliner is the specialist for dynamic outlines and perfectly lettered headlines in permanent, rich black. Thanks to the special ink formulation, these do not smudge when subsequently colored with colored, water-based markers. The ink of the outliner does not bleed through the paper and guarantees permanent drying.

Like all Neuland markers, the Neuland BigOne® Art Outliner can be refilled quickly and safely with the appropriate water-based ink. One RefillOne refill bottle lasts for 11 complete refill sessions. The large brush tip of the Neuland BigOne® Art Outliner can also be replaced if necessary.
