DescriptionThe Neuland Bigone® Art Outliner is the specialist for dynamic outlines and perfectly lay down headlines in permanent, rich black. Thanks to the special ink recipe, they do not blur it when subsequently colored with colored, water -based markers. The ink of the outliner does not hit the paper and guarantees permanent drying.
Like all new territory, the Neuland Bigone® Art Outliner can be quickly and safely refilled with the suitable water -based ink. A refill bottle is sufficient for 11 complete refill sessions. The large brush tip of Neuland Bigone® Art Outliner is also interchangeable if necessary.
