A two-in-one multitool! You can use the balance pen to carry out two exercises at once: the balance pen and the floating ball (the participants use the device to transport the ball to a specific place).

We love using the balance pen to get participants to draw or write something specific. This can be an interesting way to start or end a seminar!

Being in tune, focusing on the here and now and still keeping an eye on the goal-oriented path requires a lot of care and skill.

Description
How is the exercise carried out?

A flipchart pencil, cleverly attached to a curved wooden pallet, forms the basis of this exercise. Each participant holds a rope in their hand over which the wooden plate, and therefore the pen, is moved. Not only do they have to coordinate their movements, they also have to keep the ball in balance, which is placed at the end of a small base on the wooden pallet. The aim is to draw or write something or to follow a curved line that you have previously drawn. Of course, the ball should always remain on the base. Depending on the task, some players can be blindfolded, which significantly increases the challenge for all players. The exercise has a small pack size and can be used flexibly in your seminar. All we can say is: small but powerful!
