With the Acid River, you can cross acid rivers in the areas of team development, leadership, project management and communication. You are also on the right track wherever cross-departmental thinking is required and interfaces need to be optimized.

For optimal use even on slippery floors, there are rubber studs on the bottom of the wooden blocks. The boards are 3 cm thick and we have profiled and sanded them for a better feel and rounded the corners.

Description
How is the exercise carried out?
After an imaginary emergency landing, the players are divided into two groups on two islands and have to get to the mainland. There are 3 wooden planks on each of the islands, which should be taken to the mainland intact. The islands are surrounded by an imaginary acid river, so the journey to the mainland is only possible with the three planks from the island and 4 wooden blocks in the acid river.

But how do you get to the first wooden block with the planks? And what happens next? Do the groups on the two islands work together or each on its own? Many questions arise before this challenging exercise can be solved. And then there is still the question: could it have been even better? Where is the potential for improvement?
