The Neuland Outliner is the only Neuland marker that works with a permanent ink (water-based), as the outlines should not smudge when coloring later with the water-based markers. You can easily refill the outliner with the 45 ml refill ink via the refill opening at the back of the marker. Please refer to the corresponding refill instructions.

This is how often you can refill your markers with a 45 ml refill bottle:

• Neuland BigOne®: up to 11 times
• Neuland No.One®: up to 22x
• Neuland FineOne®: up to 45x
• Neuland TwinOne®: up to 30x

Important: When filling the outliner, please make sure to rinse the pipette carefully with clear water after each use. The bellows and needle should then be free of ink residue.
