The plan square is an exercise that encourages collaboration, promotes coordination, illustrates structural changes and also demonstrates the challenge of changing and optimizing an implemented process. During the exercise, the players must continuously optimize and change their work process in order to achieve the specified goal.

Description of the exercise

How is the exercise carried out?

The participants have to build a flat, interlocking structure from 15 boards and 2 ball tracks, on which the two balls can roll into the specified target. They have a construction plan to help them. After a period of planning and preparation, the players have to complete the construction within a very short time.

Positive thinking, creativity, working exactly according to plan and much more are the keys to success in this exercise!
