Learning project.
"Making as many facets of communication as possible tangible!" That was the goal of our developers when designing this learning scenario. Listening, moderating, adapting to others, developing a common language... and all this in appreciative contact. If the group has fun in the process, the most important learning requirements on the way to successful communication have been met.

Implementation.
The participants are given parts of an octagonal shape. The edges of these parts are printed with symbols. Each symbol has its counterpart on the adjacent part of the solution form. The aim is now to assemble this octagonal solution shape correctly and place it on a table with the printed side facing down. However, the symbols on your own pieces must not be shown to the others. The key here is successful communication. Only those who describe the symbols with the appropriate words in such a way that the matching counterparts are found will communicate in a goal-oriented way. But how exactly do I describe my own point of view, my own perspective?
This exciting phase also requires good self-organization and moderation. Once all the interfaces have finally been found, the entire form can be submitted at once. At the end, it gets exciting again... Has the group worked well? Everyone can see in a moment. The trainer turns the entire shape magnetized on the back using the magnetic plate and the group sees their own "communication" result.

Resolving conflicts: Dealing with misunderstandings.
Moderation training: Summarizing the interim status, gaining an overview, maintaining discussion discipline.
