The seminar roadmap
This roadmap contains a complete package for trainers and HR managers looking for ideas and concepts for leadership development. The two authors provide impulses for the implementation of individual training courses through to a complete, modular training course. This includes recommendations for clarifying the assignment, planning and design as well as a complete script for a total of five modules (up to 11 training days plus colloquium) and a selection of tried and tested tools for implementation.

The authors also provide tips on 'agile' training: how to involve the participants in the process, address their personal concerns and select the tools to suit the situation. The tools used include keynote speeches, experience reports, individual, partner and group exercises, professional exchange, working with the script, methods of solution-oriented peer counselling, reflecting team, visualizations and photo protocols, systemic discussion techniques and practice-oriented processing of participants' own topics.

At the beginning of each module you will find an overview with key topics and elements for each day. Each description of a module day begins with the 'Orientation' overview, with details of focus, times, preparation, room, materials and the sections of the script used on that day.

Where appropriate and necessary, the authors have always integrated excerpts from the online script directly into the daily schedule - especially in the topic sections that deal with inputs.
