How is the exercise carried out?

The players have to get from one side of the spider's web to the other. It is forbidden to touch the net. The focus of the exercise can vary depending on the conditions. Three examples:

Team focus:
How does the team work together? How does it plan? How do the team members interact with each other? Who takes on which role?

Focus on finances:
On the one hand, many things cost money (e.g. time, errors, unrecognizable wrong fields), on the other hand, the players can generate large sums of money (e.g. if attention is paid to quality, if difficult passes are successfully mastered more often, etc.).

Focus on sales:
Carry the customer "on your hands". Possible framework condition: When the network is touched, purchase information is lost, which the sales staff can only find out again when they start again. This clearly demonstrates flexibility, interaction with and appreciation of customers, and the culture and approach to problem solving.
