Today I'll show you how to refill the ink of a Neuland NoOne and a Neuland BigOne with RefillOne. The BigOne needs two refills. This means that you refill the bellows on the RefillOne twice. With the Neuland NoOne, one full bellows is enough.
I'll show you how to do this with a Neuland NoOne. In addition to the refill ink, I also need the Refill Box.

Today I'll show you how to refill the ink of a Neuland NoOne and a Neuland BigOne with RefillOne. The BigOne needs two refills. This means that you refill the bellows on the RefillOne twice. With the Neuland NoOne, one full bellows is enough.
I'll show you how to do this with a Neuland NoOne. In addition to the refill ink, I also need the Refill Box.
- Remove the lid from the marker.
- Insert the marker into the Refill Box.
- Turn the RefillOne over.
- Gently press the bellows once.
- Turn the RefillOne over again.
- Unscrew the cap with the needle and wipe off any excess ink at the tip of the needle on the edge of the bottle.
- Insert the needle into the small hole at the end of the marker until the needle clicks into place.
- Press the bellows together carefully and slowly.
- Pull the needle out of the marker as soon as the bellows is empty.
- Put the lid on the marker and place it upside down on the table. After two or three minutes, enough ink will have flowed into the tip and you can continue writing.
