Neuland markers: refilling ink is so easy
To refill Neuland markers, all you need is a refill bottle with the desired ink, a refill box and a little time. The ink and the box are available in the store. It is best to take the time whenever you have a few markers to refill.
1. Remove the cap from the marker. This will prevent excess pressure from building up in the equalization chamber and the ink splashing out after refilling.
2. Use the refill box to refill several empty markers quickly and easily.
3. Turn the closed refill bottle upside down. Squeeze the filling bellows once (!) and release it again. Dosage: No-One®: 1 time / BigOne®: 2 times.
4. Turn the bottle back to its original position and unscrew the cap. Do not apply pressure to the bellows!
5. Lift off the refill unit and carefully wipe off the ink adhering to the injection needle. Do not exert any pressure on the bellows!
6. Insert the injection needle into the membrane sheath at the colored end of the marker as far as it will go.
7. Carefully squeeze the bellows so that the ink can flow into the equalization chamber of the marker.
8. Pull off the refill unit without touching the bellows. Then screw the bellows back onto the refill bottle.
9. Wipe off any ink residue around the filling opening with a soft paper towel.
10. Close the marker and ideally store it upside down. After a few minutes, the marker is ready for use.
