Discuss and visualize processes with Transmitter Stick-It

The "Transmitter Stick-It" moderation cards are available in various shapes. They can be perfectly combined and open up completely new possibilities when visualizing. For example, when it comes to discussing and presenting processes and other logical consequences.

First step

Each pair receives a partial aspect of a process chain on a Transmitter Stick-It. In the first step, the two clarify the content with each other.

Is everything clear to us?
How do we understand this aspect?
Where in the process chain will it fit?

Second step

In the second step, the group discusses the order of the different contributions together. The moderator sorts the individual steps in response to calls from the group and motivates the participants to make their own comments. For example:

Where do you see success-critical factors?
What do you prefer?
What can be beneficial and what can be a hindrance?"

Comment

The principle of "organizing and sorting" is an uncomplicated form of interaction. It can be used both before an information phase ("assessment") and afterwards ("summary") or as a thematic introduction to a refresher or follow-up day ("review").
