Gaining more time with focus - golf and time management

In my opinion, it is downright negligent how certain people deal with the precious commodity "time". Seminars on the subject of "time management" are therefore particularly close to my heart. Like many other trainers, I regularly think about how I can ensure that the participants in my seminars can actually apply what they have learned and integrate it into their lives in the long term.
Experienced trainers know that seminar participants can record a maximum of 7 points. The more intensively they experience what they have learned first-hand and with as many senses as possible, the more sustainable the success of the training. But how do you make the effects of efficient and effective time management tangible in a sustainable way at a seminar? I asked myself this question during an evening tour of the golf course. After all, playing golf is one of the best sources of inspiration for me.
While I was thinking about how I could make the key concepts of "focus", "discipline" and "concentration" tangible for the participants in my seminars, it suddenly came to me like scales falling from my eyes: golf! Because it is precisely these three key factors that make for success when playing golf: "focus", "discipline" and "concentration". That very evening, it was clear to me that I wanted to expand my theoretical explanations and insights on the subject of "time management" with practical golfing at the next seminar.

Balance between acceleration and deceleration

Nowhere are the effects of a hectic pace and lack of concentration more apparent and drastic than when playing golf: The rhythm that someone displays when playing golf is also the rhythm with which someone goes through life. In "Nikki" Baer, Swiss PGA Golf Professional, I have found a competent partner who shares my passion for "focus", "discipline" and "concentration" and brings it to life for the seminar participants in a unique way.
The seminar is also available for companies and groups on all golf courses throughout Switzerland. The seminar price includes the time management seminar and golf lessons. Also included are snacks, lunch, aperitifs and the costs for the driving range, range fee and green fee.
The seminar does not aim to turn time-wasters into time professionals within a day. It aims to do no more and no less than present the most effective tools for efficient and effective time management and demonstrate the fatal consequences of a lack of or even non-existent time management and make them tangible. The seminar will trigger a lot in the 8 participants and motivate them to deal more intensively with the precious commodity "time". An experience that not only golfers, but also non-golfers can have. And should do.
