Rental
Neuland rents pinboards, flipcharts, moderator cases and graphic walls for seminars. We charge rent for all rental properties on a daily basis. Transport times are not counted as rental time.
Consumables such as pinboard and flipchart paper, markers, etc. can be supplied at any time (but are not rented).
Transportation costs
In addition to the rental prices are the effective transport costs for there and back transport. Normally the transports are organized from Neuland.
Assembly and dismantling
Delivery is packaged and delivered to the location requested by the customer. In principle, setting up and packing up the rental objects is the responsibility of the tenant. If the setup and dismantling is to be taken over by Neuland, please request 041 767 21 41 an offer.
Duty of care
The tenant undertakes to treat the rental objects with care and to make them available for collection in their original packaging.
