In Leonardo da Vinci bridge building, the participants can build a bridge together and find each other! This exercise elegantly bridges the areas of team development, leadership, communication and project management. This exercise is also ideal wherever different mindsets, departments, cultures and companies need to come together.

In contrast to the blue bridge, the red bridge can even be crossed by people! Both bridges serve as a common project task and as a metaphor. Our bridge construction is of the highest quality! Description of the exercise
How is the exercise carried out?

The participants have to build a stable bridge from the given wooden sticks (without any other aids!). As a variation, they can be divided into 2 groups, each building only one part of the bridge. The two parts of the bridge should be joined together at the end to form a large bridge. This literally builds a bridge and allows the groups to grow together. This exercise can only succeed if the group or the two groups coordinate well and coordinate their construction methods.

The blue bridge has a greater height and span during construction than the red bridge. The blue bridge serves purely as a metaphor (people cannot cross it!), while the red bridge can be crossed by people once it has been successfully erected!
