The feedback cards consist of 81 cards with descriptions of different characteristics and a question card. In the spirit of appreciative feedback, we have deliberately made sure that only positive/neutral characteristics are used.

The cards can be assigned to 3 categories:

Traits that indicate a strong personality.
Traits that indicate social qualities.
Traits that appear neutral or can be assigned to both other categories.

The feedback cards are bilingual (German/English). Different ways of using the cards promote constructive, appreciative feedback, self-assessment and assessment of others and thus respectful and open interaction with each other and personal development. The feedback cards are also a valuable aid in employee selection and appraisal interviews
