Description
Negotiating = acting fairly?

Learning project.
How can trust be created in the relationship between customer and salesperson so that the transaction is experienced as positive? What can I do as a negotiating partner to maintain the "relationship account" with my counterpart? But also: What happens to my negotiating partner when pressure arises and appreciation turns into disregard? Heart selling always generates direct feedback on the behavior of the person you are talking to. That's what makes it so valuable.

Implementation.
The group is divided into 4 sales teams. Each team pursues the goal of buying and selling parts (= products) through fair and skillful negotiation. The task of each team is to create a complete mold from these parts. The sales teams meet in three trading phases and try to sell at a high price and buy at a low price. Between these trading phases, they meet in team meetings to further develop their strategy and agree on specific steps. As in a real market, new information constantly comes into play that influences events and to which they have to react. At the end of the trading phases, the teams give each other feedback. "How did you experience the contact with the others?" is the question here. The trick here is that this mutual feedback is debited or credited to the team's overall result, just like in a "relationship account". It is therefore possible that the team that was initially behind in terms of numbers may end up in first place due to trustworthy negotiation skills. Heart Selling is the ingenious training tool for anyone who wants to offer first-class training in negotiating and selling.
