Description of the exercise
How is the exercise carried out?

A management team and a development team have the task of developing a new transportation system. The management team and the development teams are physically separated from each other. Communication is only via radios. The management team and the development team have complementary information. Only the management team has the materials required for the solution. As in reality, the management team also has to solve other tasks.

The management team and the development team receive their task descriptions separately. Now it is up to the management team and the development team to ensure communication and develop a strategy that keeps development costs low and results high.

The small set involves a management team and a development team (= 2 teams).
We wanted to avoid having to work with water in the containers (wet, can tip over, perhaps laborious ...). That's why we came up with balls as filling material for the containers, which you always have to hand!

The colorful ropes have a high quality finish! You can also use these ropes as an extension for the Tower of Babel!
