Breaks - fresh energy in seminars and workshops
Groups often work for several hours at a time. Having to concentrate for so long can be very exhausting for the participants. "Breaks" provide a quick and easy way to loosen up and energize the group.
The "Breaks" card set contains 22 activating methods for loosening up during seminars and workshops. The cards are the perfect complement to the book "Munterbrechungen". With the handy postcards, you quickly have the right interruption at hand to spontaneously energize the participants of your seminars and workshops. "Finger chase" is method no. 4 from the card set.
"Finger hunt" interruption
Ask all participants to put everything out of their hands and stand in a circle. The participants now hold their open left hand horizontally at chest height between themselves and their left neighbor. At the same time, everyone places their right index finger from above into the open hand of the person to their right. In this way, everyone is connected. At a start signal, all participants have two tasks:- Try to catch your left neighbor's index finger with your left hand!
- Escape with your own right index finger to avoid being caught yourself!
